My child's recording won't play back

Recordings are stored privately on your device. If a recording won't play, it may have been made on an older version of the app. Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, contact us at support@strivextechnologies.com.

The microphone isn't working

My Daily Voice needs microphone permission to record your child's voice answers. Go to your device Settings → Apps → My Daily Voice → Permissions → Microphone and make sure it is set to Allow.

I forgot my Parent PIN

For security reasons, the Parent PIN cannot be recovered. If you have forgotten your PIN, you will need to reset the app from your device settings. Note that this will delete all reflection history. Go to Settings → Apps → My Daily Voice → Clear Data.

How do I add another child?

Open the Parent Zone → Children tab → Add another child. Each child gets their own profile, character, and reflection history.

How do I cancel the subscription?

My Daily Voice is not a subscription — it is a one-time purchase of .99. There is nothing to cancel. Once purchased, the app is yours forever.

The app is running slowly

Try closing other apps running in the background and restarting My Daily Voice. If you are on an older device, the character animations may slow things down — this will be addressed in a future update.
