By using To My Future Self, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Use a strong password and do not share your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Your Content

You own your content. By storing it in To My Future Self, you grant StriveX Technologies LLC a limited license to store and deliver it to you as part of the service. We do not access, read, or share your capsule content.

4. Purchases

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law. Apple and Google's standard refund policies apply to purchases made through their platforms.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use this app to store illegal content, content that violates others' rights, or content intended to harm others. Accounts found in violation may be terminated.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control. We recommend keeping personal copies of content that matters to you.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes.
