This privacy policy applies to all users of the To My Future Self app, available on iOS and Android, published by StriveX Technologies LLC.

2. What data we collect

To My Future Self collects the minimum data necessary to provide the service:

• Account data: Your email address, used to create and authenticate your account.
• Capsule content: Text, voice recordings, and photos you choose to include in your capsules. This content is stored securely and is only accessible by you.
• Usage data: Basic app usage analytics (capsules created, app opens) to help us improve the experience. This data is anonymized and not linked to your identity.
• Purchase data: Processed by Apple or Google. We do not store your payment information.

3. How we use your data

• To deliver your capsules to you on the unlock date you set
• To authenticate your account and restore your capsules on new devices
• To send you capsule unlock notifications
• To improve the app based on anonymized usage patterns

We do not sell your data. We do not use your capsule content for advertising or AI training.

4. Your capsule content

Your letters, voice notes, and photos are stored securely in the cloud, encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not read, access, or analyze your capsule content. Content is only retrieved and delivered to you when a capsule unlocks.

5. Data retention

Your capsules are stored until you delete them or delete your account. Deleting the app does not delete your data — your capsules remain accessible if you reinstall and sign back in. To permanently delete your data, delete your account from within the app settings.

6. Third-party services

To My Future Self uses the following third-party services:

• Cloud storage: Capsule content is stored using secure cloud infrastructure.
• Push notifications: Delivered via Apple APNs and Google FCM to notify you when capsules unlock.
• In-app purchases: Processed by Apple App Store and Google Play. Their privacy policies apply to payment data.

7. Your rights

• Access the data we hold about you
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your capsule content before deletion

8. Children

To My Future Self is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
